Tenesa Beach
The small fishing village of Tenesa has its origins in the fishing and shellfish gathering customs of the men and women of Tinajo, who supplied themselves with marine products to diversify the culinary offering that was only provided by the countryside.
This is how the settlement of the inhabitants of Tenesa began, building small dry stone huts on the shores of the aforementioned coast to store the fishing and shellfish gathering equipment and avoid again the transfer of these utensils together with what was collected to the town of Tinajo, since the most common means of transport was the donkey and its limited load capacity.
With time and the improvement of economic possibilities, these dry stone huts were cleaned up, becoming today a small coastal settlement, not only for fishing and shellfish gathering, but for the enjoyment and relaxation of the inhabitants.
