Heladería La Polar has been making our Artisan Ice Creams on a small scale since 2002 in the small factory, basically using artisan procedures and always using fresh products.

The production of our ice creams consists only of transforming the raw material into a product that the customer will consume daily on the island of Lanzarote and that is why we always maintain a good creamy texture and smoothness of the product.

Nueva Polar’s traditional products are all you need to keep the palates of Lanzarote's consumers happy. Strawberry, chocolate, cream and vanilla are some of the components of their products that continue to attract their clientele. 

Ice lollies, two-flavoured wafer sandwiches and the creaminess of the tubs are already a classic well-known to the palates of the Lanzarote locals.
