A small family winery that grows its own grapes and harvests them by hand in small crates in order to preserve as much of their varietal characteristics and aromas as possible. 

By carefully pressing the grapes we obtain higher quality musts and by carrying out the alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures and in stainless steel tanks, we achieve that our wines are fresher and more intense. 

Guiguan was born in Tinajo, where the winery produces its wines with scarce rainfall, volcanic soil and excellent climate.
