The Salmarina La Santa restaurant lies in the north-east of the island of Lanzarote, in what was once the home of a remarkable local woman named Encarnación. It stands in pride of place to witness the most powerful reef break in Europe and the Quemao Class event that revolves around it.

Customers are welcomed by an impressive sculpture by the renowned Lanzarote artist Andrés Allí. Once seated, a magnificent picture window looks out over the vast open ocean in all its glory.
