This winery is run by Manolo Fajardo, a retired engineer who has always had the dream of making wine with the grapes from the family vineyard, which he helped look after from a very young age. Today, having fulfilled his wish, he makes white, rosé and red wines naturally, with a short fermentation and leaving the wine in contact with its lees for a while to obtain all its aromas and a great flavour accompanied by a fine bubble.

The small winery with its wooden tanks and barrels is located in a beautiful 18th century estate, in whose central courtyard and under a century-old grove I can assure you that having a glass of this wine is like travelling back in time.
