This is a small family cheese factory whose production room is located in the house itself and which since 2021 has been making fresh and semi-soft cheeses from native breed goat's milk. Aridane is a young man who knows the production techniques from his ancestors, maintains a respectful grazing of his cattle in the caldera de las quemadas, takes care of the animals, milking, making cheeses and distributing them to shops. He also makes, to order, a 2-kilo cheese with a seven-month maturation period and if you want to taste all of his products, you can find it every Sunday at the Tinajo Agricultural Market.
