WINE SALES
In our small family winery, we make wines following the procedure of our ancestors, maintaining a tradition and also including new trends to ensure that our wines maintain this particular character.
In this winery we focus especially on the cultivation of the Diego grape and its production as a dry white wine which, after the necessary rest on its lees, is bottled and released on the market in a very limited series.
Tisalaya exports wines to Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Madrid. The rest can be enjoyed on Lanzarote.
WINE SALES
The family tradition of winemaking led the brothers José Daniel, María del Rosario and Francisco A. Perdomo to found Bodegas Reymar in 1995.
Registered that same year with the Regulatory Council, despite a low average production of 32,000 bottles.
Malvasía, Moscatel and Listán Negra are the grape varieties used to make their wines: Malvasía Semidulce, Rosado, Tinto Joven, and their most prized wine, the Blanco Malvasía Seco.
A small family winery that grows its own grapes and harvests them by hand in small crates in order to preserve as much of their varietal characteristics and aromas as possible. By carefully pressing the grapes we obtain higher quality musts and by carrying out the alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures and in stainless steel tanks, we achieve that our wines are fresher and more intense. |
WINE PRODUCTION WINERY
In this small family-owned winery, we have been producing wines since 2019 using grapes from our own cultivated estates, maintaining a family tradition and paying special attention throughout all processes. Through alcoholic fermentation at the right temperature, we create fresh, aromatic wines with the characteristics of the Malvasía grape.
Our production is very limited in quantity, and the wine is released to the market in small batches.
This winery is run by Manolo Fajardo, a retired engineer who has always had the dream of making wine with the grapes from the family vineyard, which he helped look after from a very young age. Today, having fulfilled his wish, he makes white, rosé and red wines naturally, with a short fermentation and leaving the wine in contact with its lees for a while to obtain all its aromas and a great flavour accompanied by a fine bubble.
In the heart of La Vegueta we find this exciting project, a winery that produces its wines from organically grown grapes on one farm in the area and another in the La Geria area.
In our small family-owned winery, surrounded by vine cultivation, we uphold the values of traditional viticulture and artisanal production.
We produce small quantities of white wine and mainly aged reds, with grape varieties from the island and others, such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, which are well-suited for long aging in French oak barrels.
In our small family winery, which is surrounded by vineyards, we defend the values of traditional viticulture, the winemaking process is based on the concept of craftsmanship, following our style and philosophy, achieving very special wines.
All the work in the vineyard, during winemaking and bottling is carried out by hand and always with the utmost care, achieving wines rich in nuances and with great personality.
Our establishment is specialized in the preparation of exquisite natural fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies, maintaining all the vitamins and nutrients that the body needs.
We also have a wide variety of toasts, sandwiches and dishes to combine.
